Wendy Little Schieke – Legal Consultant

Wendy joins the Law Office of Amy B. Van Fossen, P.A. as a legal consultant, bringing with her years of experience as a Maryland elder law and estate planning attorney. Her compassion for the subject matter is contagious! Licensed to practice in Maryland and Montana, Wendy was awarded her Juris Doctor as well as Certificate in Estate Planning from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Chestnut Hill College. Wendy is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, including serving as a Member of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section Council.

Treasuring a work-life balance, Wendy enjoys time spent making a house a home for her everything, husband Rick Schieke, and golden retriever, Lillie P. She can also be found on the pickleball court, planning dinner parties for family and friends, and renovating homes. And, this is if you don’t find Wendy sitting on the beach with a good book or in the stands cheering on the Navy Midshipmen Football.
